Our business operates in a unique field of retail. We strive to be different by focusing on how an employee can make a career in this type of business and then grow in their career.
For example:
We compared other payroll prospects with similar industry competitors and have made efforts to pay our employees ahead of our competitors’ wages. We created different levels of company associates with corresponding skill expectation and wage compensation. We start with entry-level and advance up to department lead and then into management. Each level is compensated with development of skills and wage increase. As the business expands more growth opportunities and career advancement become available.

TRAINING AND EDUCATION

The new hire will go through orientation which includes a video presentation and a Q & A session. Next, the new associate will be assigned a trainer to go through the basic steps of operations. Afterwards, the new associate will be trained using video presentation and hands-on education. After the new hire has fully acclimated to the beginning phases, then they will work with co-associates to learn about the next level of responsibilities. During this phase of training the new associate will be educated on correct processes and product placement. During these different phases of learning and application, we encourage engagement, questions and ideas from the new associate to hopefully unlock their own talent or skills.
