You can return food products within 30 days of purchase if you are not completely satisfied, with the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same form as your original payment. Returns without a receipt require management approval and, if accepted, will be refunded as store credit.
Yes — We Accept General Merchandise Returns:
If you receive a damaged or defective general merchandise item that was not sold “AS IS”, you may return it within 30 days with the original receipt. Whenever possible, we will exchange the item for a new, undamaged replacement. Returns without a receipt need management approval and, if approved, will be issued as store credit.
No — We Do NOT Accept Returns on Barrels, Buckets or IBC Tank Totes:
Because our barrels and buckets are sold as “Food Grade”, we cannot accept returns once they leave our store. This ensures we maintain the highest food safety standards and cannot guarantee the quality to another customer after the product has left our possession.
