What is a Discount & Liquidation Store?
Discount & Liquidation grocery stores are where many products end up that get pulled from the large national chain stores. Ever wonder what happens if a regular grocery store doesn’t sell a product by the time it reaches its “Best By” date? Or where all the leftover stuffing and cranberry sauce goes after Thanksgiving has passed? Or what happens to a product if its packaging gets damaged during shipment or processing? Products like these get sold in bulk to independent discount stores like us. You may also see Discount & Liquidation stores refer to themselves as “Bent and Dent”, “Closeout”, or “Salvage” stores.
Do you have all the products of a traditional grocery store?
No. We do not carry fresh produce, fresh fruit, alcohol, or tobacco. We do carry some frozen meat such as our custom packed 90% Lean Ground Beef, and other frozen products when a great buy comes along. Overall though, do to the nature of the discount and liquidation business, we have very little control over the majority of our inventory.
Is out date food safe to eat?
Yes….within reason. Most non-perishable food products don’t have “Expiration” dates, they typically have “Best by” or “Sell by” dates which are not a safety date. From the usda.gov website:
“A “Best if Used By (or Before)” date is recommended for best flavor or quality. It is not a purchase or safety date.”

Do you accept EBT? (Oregon Trail Card)
Yes!
Do you accept returns?
Yes & No.
We accept food product returns within 30 days of purchase with receipt if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of original payment. Returns without receipt are subject to approval by management and if issued, will be in the form of store credit.
We accept most general merchandise returns if the product was discovered to be damaged or defective, and wasn’t sold in “AS IS” condition. Within 30 days of purchase with receipt. If possible we trade out for an undamaged replacement. Returns without receipt are subject to approval by management and if issued, will be in the form of store credit.
We do NOT accept returns on Barrels or Buckets. Due to the fact that we sell our buckets and barrels as “Food Grade” we do not accept returns on them. Once a bucket or barrel has left our possession we can no longer guarantee to another customer that it is “Food Grade”.
When do you get new shipments?
We get some shipments approximately monthly and some weekly. When we get them doesn’t reflect when they go out on our shelves though! We are constantly putting product out all day every day. We get new large shipments as soon as we have room in our warehouse space to hold it, so there is never a gap of product getting put out. We recommend visiting us weekly to see what we have and Liking us on Facebook and Following us on Instagram to keep up with product arrivals, giveaways, restocks, and more!
